Pavilion and Community Lot Rules

 

Clear Creek Pines Community Protective Association (CCPCPA) has established the following rules and regulations for the Community Lot located at 2294 Velvet Antler Trail, Happy Jack, AZ 86024.  These rules have been established to maintain the safety of everyone and to assist in keeping within our Coconino County restrictions.

 

1. Community Lot is open to all residents of CCP 4, 5, 6 May 1 through October 31 from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., unless otherwise posted. The grounds are maintained by the CCPCPA. To become a CCPCPA member, please contact any board member.

2. No more than 40 people can be in your party at one time on the premises.  This is a Coconino County constraint without purchasing a Temporary Use Permit (T.U.P.). Contact a CCPCPA board member for details on how to schedule and hold an event for more than 40 members.

3. Handicap designation parking has been established for ADA permit vehicles only.

4. The lot is for personal use and may not be used for any commercial or retail events without CCPCPA Board approval.

5. Vehicles within the grounds are restricted to surrounding roads only and not within the lot.

6. Dogs and other pets must be on a leash and under the control of the owner at all times.

7.  Please take all refuse with you.  We do not have regular garbage pickup for the lot.

8.  No fires are allowed except in designated cooking area, all charcoal fires must be extinguished before leaving the grounds. Never throw lighted matches, burning cigarettes or other flammable material within the grounds or trash containers.  Users must obey any local wind or fire warnings regarding open fires.  Please refer to the current Coconino County or the U.S. Forest Service for information on the current fire restrictions before starting any grill or barbecue.

9. Never damage, pollute, disfigure or remove any natural resource, structures or equipment on the grounds.

10. No solicitation, vending, advertising or sign posting is allowed on the grounds, except by special permission of the CCPCPA Board.

11. Observation of all local and state laws and regulations must be obeyed when on-site.

12. In case of a non-life threatening fire, sound the siren. Remain on the scene until responders arrive. The siren is for non-life threatening fire notification onlyIf necessary, the Fire response team will notify the Forest Service @ 1-888-526-0600. For life threatening fires or medical emergencies, dial 911. For all other emergencies, call the Coconino Sheriff’s dept. @ 1-800-338-7888
