Minutes
● Motion to approve the 2023 meetin minutes delivered to all attendees and motion to
approve by David Sargen, 2nd by Ron Crismon.
● Cindy Wade – recap of treasury report budget
● Mailings need to go out in Aril
● Vote on$2,000 well fund on yearly basis – David motions to rescind the yearly deposit
with Tony as 2nd with all board approved
● Jenny approves budget as-is, Ron 2nd.
● Truck conditions – Batteries are dead in big trucktanker – Ron suggests new pump – take
old pump off and use for a gravity feed back to putting pump on.
● Well○ Need a new thermostat for well house to save money – Got Jamied. To help need
volunteer to test water, possibly 3-4 times a year
■ Amy or Holly will do one test before the May meeting
○ Need new hoses – Tony will check with forest service for 2 ⅕ – 1.¾ – 1”
● Fund raisers
○ Aim to a specific goal and/or a percentage of fundraiser to go towards specified
amounts
● Member Votes
○ Need vote for pickle ball court
■ Put on agenda for May
■ Call it a multi purpose concrete pad
■ Make it a motion on May meeting
● Member participation and awareness
○ BBq cookout to coincide with member meeting to bring more members,
awareness and participation
● Propane tank
○ Tony to make a “DO NOT Fill” sign for tank to keep from getting filled without
notice.
● Now Company takos or in may
● Need to fill a board member roll
○ Dave Kramer to join the board
○ Jonah also offered
● Communication/Documentation
○ Everyone needs to say what they are willing to do
○ Board member rolls defined and typed out
○ Central location
■ Shared Google Drive
■ Holly to set up drive
● Mailings
○ Due to postmark by April 17th .
● Lot clean up
○ 10am on May 4th
○ Tony will order roll off
