2024 Annual Meeting
May 18, 2024
In person meeting

Meeting called to order 10:06am –
1st Agenda approves minutes from the last meeting. Dave motion Ron 2nd
Year end treasurer report. P&L not accurate due to checks being posted early this year. Checks being held until June 1st to show accurate P&L for next year.

Maintenance
Thermostat needs replaced – smart thermostat

Committee report –
trucks pulled out – still burning up batteries
Ron Suggests putting on battery disconnect on trucks – Ron will buy 2 new batteries and kill switches from walmart. Put instructions on if there is any emergency 1st call 911, then sound alarm – How to do this instructions

Fire training – Contact Dave S or Jerry B – Quarterly siren test (during season once a month) between Dave/Tony/Ron to perform 2nd Saturday.

Well was checked – everything looked & worked good.

New Business
New jobs that need to be done – Cindy has all the info and needs to be communicated with to put together a list of jobs and who will be responsible for what.

Concrete pad needs to be installed

Mike Templeton motions to have a fundraiser and on donation to fix concrete and expand the area. Pam 2nds motion – emails and bulletin board to communicate also facebook. Mike amends original motion to have a special fund for job. Excess funds go to recreational improvements. Dave 2nds – Motion passes

No keys changed for water usage.

Fall Fest – August 31st – Sloppy Joes – looking to add orders for 10% of proceeds to go to ccpcpa – keep pot luck
Another bingo date is a possibility

Unfinished Business –
Propane update – no updates
New trash company willing to do billing the same depending on how we want it . Looking at moving to monday pick-up $15 pick-up. Susan will send the website. Look at all the services they provide and will keep the Saturday drop off program from May through September. Shawn Payson Dump and Clean – 602.549.3719

Holly to get 2 bids on building roofing. Painting well, house and tank committee Mike to load and communicate for volunteers

Cindy makes motion to keep all banking accounts and credit cards to assist new treasurer. Ron 2nds
