**Get ready for a day of fun, food, and community spirit! CCPCPA 456 is excited to announce our Annual Fall Fest, a perfect way to celebrate the season with your neighbors.
When:Saturday, August 30, 2025, starting at 10:00 AM
We have a fun-filled day planned with something for everyone:
- A cornhole tournament
- Try your luck at blackjack
- Multiple chances to win big with a 50/50 raffle, Visa gift card raffles, and awesome gift basket raffles
- Indulge in some treats at our bake sale
- The Kabobski Food Truck for sweet treats & drinks
- Enjoy a variety of dishes at our community potluck (please bring a dish to share-there will be many people)
Most importantly, all proceeds (not shared as prizes/winnings) from the event will go directly to the CCPCPA community funds. Your participation helps us continue to support and improve our neighborhood for everyone!
Bring chairs and/or pop-up shades to make yourselves more comfortable!
